B2B business partnership

We sell software that doesn't age.

We don't sell body leasing or man-hours. We sell the certainty that the customer won't be rewriting the whole system three years from now. I bring the technology and delivery responsibility — you bring the sales drive and the ability to talk at C-level.

Portfolio

What we'll be selling

I'm not an agency with dozens of juniors, nor a lone operator selling hours. We're selling tranquility — calm, and a move out of a crisis state into sustainable infrastructure with no technical debt.

Products and licences

Deployment of existing, field-proven technologies — proprietary low-code configurators, the ATRUST platform, model-driven frameworks.

Architecture audits

Independent assessment of an existing or planned architecture — on-premises AI integration, large-scale corporate systems. Fixed-price projects.

Senior IT strategy

Strategic development leadership and second opinions — stabilizing crisis projects and moving to sustainable solutions.

Entry product Fixed price by scope

Architecture assessment before building

An independent assessment of the design before development even starts. The client immediately knows what they'll get and for how much — and it's a natural entry point into a larger engagement.

For the partner: the entry rate applies to a cross-sectional architecture assessment. In-depth assessments — security and observability, data-flow audits, on-premises AI integration — are priced individually and tend to be a multiple of it. I confirm the specific price after the scoping call; please don't quote it as final beforehand.

What you'll bring to the client

Alternative performance under § 81 — an economic lever

I am a registered provider of alternative performance on the labour market. For companies that don't meet the mandatory share of disability employment, buying our services and licences is a direct budget optimization — often you'll save the client money simply by having them buy from us instead of a multinational corporation.

Careful when negotiating: the volume of alternative performance I can issue per calendar year is capped by law. I confirm available capacity for a specific client in advance — please don't promise it without my confirmation.

Demonstrable longevity

I'm not a startup with a pitch deck. Systems built on the d.process platform have been running in public administration since 2010 with an essentially unchanged core — the first deployment for the Liberec Region Authority. The same architectural philosophy is behind my current ATRUST platform. This architecture doesn't go stale with the next version of some web framework, and that's a certainty any C-level manager can put a number on.

Demand already exists

You're not starting from zero. The expert content I publish long-term generates demand on its own — clients reach out with a clearly defined problem, not because of a cold outreach. I have framework agreements signed with enterprise-system vendors and an active pipeline. What's missing isn't market interest, it's sales-side capacity and access to decision-makers — exactly what you bring.

Profile

Who I'm looking for

I'm 100% remote and technically oriented — you cover exactly the part I can't handle effectively on my own: in-person meetings, face-to-face negotiation, and access to the people who make decisions.

✓ Good fit
  • A salesperson, not a technologist — can sell the value of an architectural decision without needing to code
  • Already has a network in mid-size companies, public administration, or enterprise-system vendors
  • Self-employed or a small business, used to commission-based work without a fixed contract
  • Listens to the client and doesn't promise more than will actually be delivered
  • Understands the difference between "writing code" and "designing a system" — doesn't need to be an architect, but must be able to tell the two apart in a sales conversation
✕ Not a fit
  • ✕ An IT broker chasing a quick margin on an hourly rate with no interest in a long-term client relationship
  • ✕ Promises deadlines or scope without consulting me first
  • ✕ Looking for an employment relationship or a fixed salary — this page is about partnership, not hiring
  • ✕ Wants to hire you as a subcontractor with no control over the architecture

Partnership model

Collaboration is purely on a success-fee basis — no fixed commitments and no exclusivity on either side. The share is set to motivate closing profitable, scalable projects.

Type of engagement Partner share Comment
Software licences and products up to 50% Top priority. Scalable, high-margin business.
Fixed-price projects (audits, designs) individual share One-off, clearly bounded projects; the rate is set based on scope. The share is paid out after the client pays.
Long-term strategic consulting share of the first months / finder's fee The share is fairly capped so it doesn't keep eating into the delivery rate indefinitely.
Opportunity registration. Entitlement to a share arises from a written registration of a specific company in advance and my confirmation that I'm not already in talks with them. Registration is valid for 9 months. This protects both sides — you have certainty you won't lose your contact, and I have certainty there's no dispute over clients who come from my own content.
